KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, financing, and energy efficiency incentives.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a trusted and professional experience.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Stay informed on the latest HVAC products, trends, and advancements to provide expert recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tracking sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after installation.
  • Represent Comfort Systems of Montana with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales track record in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to articulate complex maintenance and product benefits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop lasting business relationships.
  • Strong consultative sales approach—our goal is to create customers for life, not just make a sale.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems or a strong ability to learn technical products quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—building trust with homeowners is key.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Proficient with CRM software, proposal creation, and lead tracking.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for in-home appointments.
